This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through https://thechobby.com/ (the “Website”) and must be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving a physical product, without providing a reason.

This right applies to physical products, including discounted items, unless a legal exception applies as described below.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products)

A return of a physical product may be accepted if:

  • the item is unused and in the same condition as received;
  • the item is returned in its original packaging;
  • the item has not been customized, personalized, or produced specifically upon request.

Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following physical products, except where required by applicable law:

  • customized or personalized products;
  • made-to-order items produced specifically according to customer specifications;
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed (if applicable).

4. Digital Products (Non-Returnable)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products, including but not limited to digital art files, downloads, and digital artwork, are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of defective or non-functioning digital content, as required by applicable law.

5. Product Variations & Artistic Characteristics

Please note that:

  • colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and printing or display differences;
  • handmade or artistic products may contain minor variations inherent to the creative process.

Such variations do not constitute defects and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Return Authorization & Process

To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible physical products, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state your intention to return the item.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request.

Returns sent without prior communication may be refused.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and packaging.

In such cases:

  • return shipping costs will be covered by us;
  • you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

9. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • refunds will be issued using the original payment method;
  • refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item;
  • original shipping costs will be refunded only where required by law.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
